Via our Contact and Booking forms we may collect name, email, phone, stay dates, room preference, guest count, and message notes - only what you submit.
3. How We Use It (popia)
We use your information to reply to you, confirm or discuss a stay, and keep basic booking records. We process information for legitimate hospitality purposes and/or with your consent when you submit a form. Draft only - final lawful bases to be confirmed.
4. Brevo / Email
Form submissions are intended to be delivered via Brevo (or a similar transactional email provider). Once wired, Brevo will process message content as our processor under their terms. We will not sell your personal information.
5. Your Rights
Under PoPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to law. Contact us using the details above. Draft rights wording to be finalised with an adviser.
